What you will do

• Develop ideas for acquiring and converting new customers
• Write SEO content and blog articles for the website
• Monitor and analyse website visitor behaviour
• Coordinate with our digital marketing agency
• Monitor and manage social media channels
• Generate more customer reviews
• Design and execute A/B tests to further improve our website
• Set up and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
• And more…

About you

You are enthusiastic about marketing and eager to continue learning. Previous experience is helpful, but what matters most is that you proactively take on new challenges and make them your own. You are hands-on, yet thoughtful in your approach. You understand how to connect with students and enjoy helping and convincing lecturers and educational institutions to choose us as their study materials partner. You are customer-focused without losing sight of commercial results.

Specifically:

• You understand SEO and have experience writing web content
• You are familiar with social media platforms and have ideas for using sponsored campaigns to generate traffic and visibility (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• You have worked with Google Analytics (GA3/GA4)
• You can work independently and are not afraid to ask for help when needed
• You have an affinity with students and educational institutions
• You are at least in the third year of a university of applied sciences or university programme, preferably in (Commercial) Economics, Business Administration or Communication

What we offer

You will have the opportunity to work within a start-up on the newest webshop for students. Naturally, you will receive support from your colleagues and our digital marketing agency. You will mainly work remotely and occasionally meet with the team in Utrecht. We offer an attractive salary (depending on age and experience, between €14 and €18 per hour) and a laptop for your work.
