General Terms and Conditions Studiewinkel

Studiewinkel is een platform voor studenten en docenten. Je kunt er leermiddelenlijsten (ook wel: boekenlijsten) aanbieden en studieboeken en andere studiematerialen bestellen. De Platformvoorwaarden gelden als je onze website bezoekt, een account aanmaakt of iets koopt.

 

De Algemene verkoopvoorwaarden (op deze pagina) zijn van toepassing voor iedere klant die een bestelling plaatst van studiematerialen die via het platform worden aangeboden. 

 

Bij elk onderdeel van de studiematerialen is aangegeven wie de uitgever is van het betreffende product. Indien de uitgever is aangesloten bij Studiewinkel, ontstaat er een koopovereenkomst tussen de klant en de betreffende aangesloten uitgever van het product.  Indien de uitgever niet is aangesloten bij Studiewinkel (de uitgever is dan niet opgenomen in de lijst van aangesloten uitgevers), ontstaat er een koopovereenkomst tussen de klant en Studiewinkel.

Annex 2 – Additional terms and conditions

1. Context

These additional terms and conditions form part of an Additional Agreement.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, design rights, database rights, trademark rights, trade name rights or patent rights, and other rights in and in connection with the Digital Content, the Study Materials and/or the Platform rest with the Publisher and/or its licensors, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

3. Liability

All Digital Content and/or Study Materials or other information provided by the Publisher has been compiled carefully and to the best of its knowledge; however, the Publisher and Seller cannot in any way guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information and accept no liability for damage of any kind resulting from actions and/or decisions based on said information.
